ATN DECLARES a DIVIDEND

TORONTO, Nov. 8 /CNW/ -  Asian Television Network International Limited (ATN) (TSX-SAT) announced today that it is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved the payment of a special one time dividend of $0.01 per share payable to holders of common shares of record as of November 19th 2010. This dividend on the Company's common shares is payable on December 3^rd 2010. The board of directors decided to declare a special one time dividend in light of the Company's profitability to date in 2010
