Atrium Innovations Announces Election of Directors

QUEBEC CITY, May 14, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Atrium Innovations Inc. (TSX: ATB) ("Atrium" or the "Company") announced today that all of the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 28, 2013 were elected as directors of Atrium by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy.  The detailed results of the vote for the election of the directors at Atrium's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today in Montreal are set out below.
