TORONTO, July 4, 2018 /CNW/ - AfroChic is pleased to announce that Aurora Cannabis Inc. ("Aurora") will be the lead partner and exclusive cannabis brand at AfroChic 2018, Toronto's annual community celebration of Afro-Caribbean music, visual art, fashion and culture. Now in its 8th year, AfroChic will take place over two days for the first time, July 14-15, and feature headliner DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown, aka Ms. Erykah Badu, along with a lineup of Toronto artists including Shi Wisdom, 11:11, Jayd Ink and more.

The festival begins Saturday, July 14th with music performances at The Carlu and continues Sunday, July 15th with a live, intimate Q&A with Ms. Erykah Badu and special guests at the Globe and Mail Centre. In partnership with Aurora, the theme for this year's festival is "Activated Healing" and the venues will be transformed into a rainforest oasis for the ultimate healing and growth-inspired weekend.
