AutoCanada Inc. Corrects Typographical Error in MD&A
EDMONTON, May 8, 2014 /CNW/ - AutoCanada Inc. ("AutoCanada") (TSX:ACQ) will correct its recently issued Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") dated May 8, 2014. On page 21 of the MD&A, we noted, "As a result, management has increased its guidance to one dealer group and nine to eleven additional dealerships by March 31, 2015." AutoCanada notes a typographical error and will replace "March 31, 2015" with "March 31, 2016".
