All selected dealers are notified that Automall Network has a serious buyer, "now who wants the deal?"
Dealers then compete online for the customer's business - "may the best deal win". If the best offer isn't from the customer's preferred dealer, the system can even negotiate a price match with their preferred dealer with the press of a button. Everything is done anonymously, confidentially and electronically.
To be even more competitive, if the customer accepts a price or requests a price match within 24 hours of their quoting deadline, IVONTaCar.com provides them with a coupon for the full value of the service. Many dealers have agreed to redeem the coupon if they are the winning dealer, hence making the service free for the customer. Each dealer's redemption policy is published on the site during dealer selection.
"Normally, you'll spend a minimum 1-3 hours visiting each dealer. And you may still have to put down a credit card before anyone will talk real money" claims Baliwalla. The site handles the full spectrum of purchase, lease and trade-in's.
While Automall Network's full concierge service is available throughout North America in all markets, large and small, the dealer directory feature for IVONTaCar.com has launched in Ontario, Canada.
