TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - Family Channel presents an action-packed Night of Premieres on Friday, November 12 with knights, dance moves and special guest stars. Beginning at 6 p.m. ET/PT, the night features the new Disney Channel Original Movie Avalon High premiering at 8 p.m. ET/PT, day and date with the U.S. premiere on Disney Channel. Adding to the excitement is the premiere of the new Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up, at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT, a special hour-long episode of Hannah Montana Forever plus new episodes of The Suite Life on Deck and Connor Undercover.

The Disney Channel Original Movie Avalon High, premiering at 8 p.m. ET/PT, stars Britt Robertson and Gregg Sulkin and brings Arthurian legend alive at a contemporary high school. Based upon the award-winning novel written by best-selling author Meg Cabot ("The Princess Diaries"), the movie follows Allie Pennington (Robertson) who is ecstatic when her parents enroll her at Avalon High. Shortly after arriving at her new school, Allie discovers that something strange may be afoot. While researching a term paper on King Arthur's legacy, she begins to notice some interesting parallels between the past and the present. The deeper Allie searches, the more convinced she is that her school is a contemporary Camelot, and it's up to her to solve the mystery of Avalon High.

Before Avalon High, spirited best friends CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue land their dream jobs in the new Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up, premiering at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT. The series follows the two best friends as they become background dancers on the most popular teen dance show "Shake It Up, Chicago!" Buddy comedy Shake It Up, television's first dance-driven sitcom, stars Bella Thorne (Big Love) and newcomer Zendaya.

Following the Shake It Up premiere, a special hour-long episode of Hannah Montana Forever premieres at 7 p.m. ET/PT with guest stars Dr. Phil McGraw and Jay Leno. In the episode, titled "I'll Always Remember You," Miley is in the midst of the college admissions process and her boyfriend, Jesse, is growing tired of pretending to date Hannah. Increasingly challenged by her double life, Miley gets ready to remove the blonde wig and reveal Hannah's true identity on The Tonight Show.

At 6 p.m. ET/PT a new episode of The Suite Life on Deck guest stars singing sensation Sean Kingston. In the episode "Party On!," Zack wants to impress Maya by throwing her a huge birthday party on the Sky Deck and getting a famous singer to play at the event. Zack tricks everyone into helping him make the party a success, but his lies are revealed as the party unravels.

Family's Night of Premieres rounds-off with a new episode of the espionage series Connor Undercover, beginning at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, Connor's first official mission - to help Gisela blend in at school - goes terribly wrong when it provokes Tanya's suspicion about the Heaths' houseguest.
