AVANTE Launches Analytic Camera Monitoring System; Conundrum Property
Services Installs at Toronto Property Locations

TORONTO , Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Avante Security Corp. (TSXV:ASY) ("Avante" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Avante Property Security has installed its Analytic Camera Monitoring System ("ACMS") in three apartment buildings at 71, 75 and 79 Thorncliffe Park Drive. Analytic Monitoring is an innovative advance in property and personal security developed by Avante.

Earlier this year, Avante and Conundrum Property Services ("CPS") entered into a joint venture agreement to form Avante Property Security ("APS"). The purpose of this joint venture is to enhance distribution of Avante's innovative and extensive line of property security products to property management companies in North America . Analytic Camera Monitoring represents another innovative advance in property and personal security from Avante. Using two-way live audio communication, Avante Crisis Centre ("ACC") operators receive true live alarm conditions from intelligent cameras which are able to detect and record unusual activity around a property. The Avante system assists multi-unit buildings with security issues in real time, increasing the value of the buildings by reducing expenses associated with on-site security guard costs. The remote monitoring feature builds upon Avante's commitment to true, two-way, interactive security and automation.
