AVANTE SECURITY CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

TORONTO, Sept. 22 /CNW/ - (TSXV: ASY) Avante Security Corp. ("Avante" or the "Corporation") announced that it granted options to acquire 100,000 common shares to a senior officer and 100,000 to an employee of the Corporation today at an option price of $0.23 subject to the terms and conditions of a Stock Option Plan approved on September 30, 2009. The options have a term of five years.
