Azimuth Resources Limited - Cancellation of Unlisted Options

PERTH, Australia, April 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Azimuth Resources Limited (ASX andTSX: AZH) (the "Company" or "Azimuth") advises it has today cancelled the following unlisted options issued under the Company's Employees and Consultants Option Plan. 

150,000 options exercisable at $0.42 each, expiring on 30 May 2014; 1,500,000 options exercisable at $0.70 each, expiring on 30 September 2014; 1,500,000 options exercisable at $0.90 each, expiring on 30 September 2014.

The Company's total capital structure is now 430,626,680 ordinary shares and 15,822,581 unlisted options (exercise prices ranging between $0.10 and $0.90).
