Health Canada has approved NYDA®, a new and revolutionary pesticide-free treatment for head lice, for adults and children aged two years and older. NYDA kills head lice, eggs and larvae by asphyxiation in 58 seconds and has a proven efficacy rate of 97.2%. Most existing treatments contain pesticide that does not kill all the eggs, leaving them to cause recurring infestations.

- Interview with Nirmala Fernandes, mother of child who had recurring head lice infestations prior to treatment with NYDA
