Baeumler Family Foundation to Unveil Restored Windsor Family Home Damaged by Mould
Jamieson Family to view newly restored family home for the first time since renovations began in October.
WINDSOR, ON, Jan. 9, 2014 /CNW/ - The Baeumler Family Foundation (BFF), in partnership with Lowe's Home Improvement, and Timberland Homes, have completed restorations to a Windsor family home that was nearly destroyed by a devastating mould infestation in August of this year. With contractor services donated by The Baeumler Group and Timberland Homes, and materials donated by Lowe's and its generous vendor partners; the restoration is estimated to have taken over 500 volunteer man hours, and $35,000.00 in donated materials and furnishings.
On Monday January 13th, The Baeumler Family Foundation will officially unveil the restored home to its owners (a local family of 5 including 3 children) who have been displaced from their home since August of 2013. HGTV and Lowe's DIY personality Bryan Baeumler will be on-site, as well as Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis, and representatives from Lowe's and Timberland Homes. Media are invited to visit the home for a photo opportunity at 11:30am on January 13th, followed by a public celebration at the Lowe's in Windsor. Bryan Baeumler will be on-site at Lowe's providing media photo ops and interviews. The public will have the opportunity to meet Bryan, the Jamieson family, and view before and after images of the home.

The primary mandate of the BFF is to provide renovations for children and families in need of accessibility, safety, and security in order to create a nurturing and positive environment in the home. They look forward to welcoming the Jamieson family back to their home with a fresh start in 2014.
