Baker Real Estate announces new Senior Management Appointments

TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Baker Real Estate Incorporated has announced the appointment of Pat Baker as Chairman;  and Barbara Lawlor as President and Chief Executive Officer.

As Chairman, Ms. Baker is responsible for developing strategic focus for the company and taking a role in new business, new clients and major projects where the company is involved.  

Pat Baker founded Baker Real Estate in 1993 and most recently was CEO.  She has continued to be a strong and leading force in the niche business of marketing and selling pre-construction new homes and condominiums for the development industry. 

As the newly appointed CEO of Baker, Barbara Lawlor also continues as President. Her responsibilities include new business development and overseeing the Canadian, US and overseas offices.

Ms. Lawlor has been a member of the Baker Team since 1993. She has opened new offices, and led major sales and marketing campaigns for the company in North America and International real estate markets. She is an in-demand columnist and speaker.
