Bankruptcy liquidation sale to begin immediately for Adrian's Shoe stores in Toronto
Danbury Global To Conduct the Store Closing Sale
TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2016 /CNW/ - Danbury Global, announced today that they will commence a liquidation sale open to the public from Adrian's Shoes two stores located at 3228 Yonge Street, Toronto & 270 The Kingsway (inside Humbertown Shopping Centre), Etobicoke.
This liquidation sale includes a huge selection of quality footwear for kids, sizes from infants to youth, and also a great variety of women's comfort casual footwear.
Family owned and operated, Adrian's is the oldest children shoe store in the GTA. Founded in 1950, Tom and Sharon St. Amand bought the business in 1985 and have been the longest running owners (31 years). At Adrian's they believe that a healthy child starts from the feet up, and that is why they always carried the best brand name shoes.
In recent years the company saw a decline in sales due a warmer than expected winter and increased competition from online retailers. This led the company to file for bankruptcy on August 4, 2016.
"The liquidation sale is a great opportunity for parents to get back to school shoes at deep discounts," said Jonathan Ordon, a representative from Danbury Global.
