WOODSTOCK, NB, May 19 /CNW/ - Barrett Xplore Inc. today participated in an event with Premier Shawn Graham in Loon Bay Lodge, N.B. to celebrate the completion of its province-wide Xplornet broadband network ahead of schedule.
