Barry and Molly Gruman disclose their position in Le Château Inc.

MONTREAL, May 4, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Barry Gruman announces that on April 26, 2012, he acquired ownership of 867,300 class A shares of Le Château Inc. (TSX: CTU.A) ("Le Château") representing 4.29% of the issued and outstanding class A shares. On May 2, 2012, Mr. Gruman also acquired ownership of 51,700 class A shares of Le Château, representing 0.26% of the issued and outstanding class A shares. As of the date hereof, Mr. Gruman, together with his wife Molly Gruman, own 2,939,000 class A shares of the Issuer, representing 14.53% of the issued and outstanding class A shares of the Issuer.

The class A shares of Le Château were acquired by Mr. Gruman on The Toronto Stock Exchange.

The class A shares of Le Château acquired by Mr. and Mrs. Gruman were acquired for investment purposes only. In the future, Mr. and Mrs. Gruman may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the Issuer, may continue to hold their present position or may dispose of their securities.
