Barsele Closes Final Tranche of Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 18, 2022 /CNW/ - Barsele Minerals Corp. (TSXV: BME) (the "Company" or "Barsele") is pleased to announce that it has closed the final tranche (the "Final Tranche") of its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"), announced on January 6, 2022. The Final Tranche was comprised of 550,000 units of the Company (the "Units") issued at a price of $0.50 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $275,000.
Each Unit consists of one common share (each, a "Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Share at the price of $0.75 per Share until February 18, 2024. The Shares and Warrants comprising the Units and any Shares issued upon the exercise of the Warrants are subject to a statutory hold period which expires on June 18, 2022.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.
In connection with the closing of the Final Tranche, Barsele paid finder's fees of $7,500 to Haywood Securities Inc.
