Barsele provides update on TSX-V listing

TSX Venture Exchange Trading Symbol: BME

VANCOUVER, Sept. 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Barsele Minerals Corp. – (TSX-V: BME) ("Barsele") is pleased to announce that the common shares of Barsele (the "Common Shares") have commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") under the stock symbol "BME" following the completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") involving Barsele, Orex Minerals Inc. ("Orex") and the security holders of Orex dated August 6, 2015. Barsele has 103,290,199 Common Shares outstanding as of September 28, 2015.

As a result of the Arrangement, among other things, shareholders of Orex (the "Orex Shareholders") received one Common Shares for each common share of Orex held by such Orex Shareholder immediately before completion of the Arrangement. A total of 103,290,199 Common Shares were distributed to Orex Shareholders under the Arrangement.

Gary Cope, Barsele's President and Chief Executive Officer, said "We are very pleased that the spin-out has been completed. This will enable both Barsele and Orex to be more geographically focused and potentially add immediate value to shareholders."
