TORONTO and LONDON, June 22, 2017 /CNW/ - Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell The Musical has debuted to widespread critical acclaim following its World Premiere June 20 in London's West End, already receiving three, five-star reviews, and accolades from publications such as The Guardian and The Times. As announced last fall, Bat Out Of Hell is the first live theatrical production from Bell Media's joint venture with legendary Canadian producer Michael Cohl's Iconic Entertainment Studios (Spamalot; Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark; Rock of Ages: The Musical).

Bat Out Of Hell is a romantic adventure about rebellious youth and passionate love, set against the backdrop of a post-cataclysmic city adrift from the mainland. Strat (Andrew Polec), the forever-young leader of The Lost, has fallen for Raven (Christina Bennington), daughter of Falco, the tyrannical ruler of Obsidian.
