Baylin Technologies - Purchase of Additional Shares by Largest Shareholder

TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2015 /CNW/ - Baylin Technologies Inc. (TSX: BYL), has been advised that from September 25, 2015 through to September 28, 2015, Mr. Jeffrey Royer, Chairman of the Board of Baylin Technologies purchased a total of 204,700 common shares of the Company. 

According to the information provided to the Company, Mr. Royer and his family hold 11,559,790 common shares of the Company. Mr. Royer also advised the Company that he may be purchasing additional shares periodically subject to various factors including market conditions.
