Ribbon cutting ceremony marked the opening of Bayshore's larger, more functional office
MISSISSAUGA, ON, June 12, 2015 /CNW/ - Yesterday, with the support of the Honourable Bonnie Crombie, the Mayor of Mississauga, and Charles Souza, MPP of Mississauga South, Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. formally opened the doors of its new head office. The ribbon cutting ceremony took place at 2101 Hadwen Road in Mississauga and was attended by numerous Bayshore employees who celebrated this symbol of the company's growth.
"Due to our rapid expansion in recent years, our previous space no longer met our growing needs," said Stuart Cottrelle, president, Bayshore HealthCare. "This new, modern office will allow Bayshore to continue expanding our internal network while allowing us to increase our current capabilities in key areas that align with future growth plans."
With an increasing presence throughout Canada, the new corporate office will allow Bayshore to continue to improve their customer service by housing more than 250 employees in a new, state of the art facility. This will allow for a faster response time with a more integrated network between divisions. The new space will act as the home for Board of Directors meetings for Trillium and Heart House Hospice, as well as Rotman School of Management from the University of Toronto.
"We chose this location because we have been part of the larger Mississauga community for quite some time," says Cottrelle. "It only seemed fitting to stay in the same area where we've been for more than 20 years."
The corporate office opened on January 9, 2015.
