BCAA ranks highest in J.D. Power customer satisfaction study for home insurance providers in Western Canada three years straight
BURNABY, BC, June 6, 2014 /CNW/ - For the third consecutive year, the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) has been awarded the highest ranking in customer satisfaction among home insurance providers in Western Canada by renowned consumer research company, J.D. Power. BCAA achieved the highest overall satisfaction score among 17 home insurance providers in Western Canada.
In the 2014 study, BCAA's overall score of 819 is a notable 67 point spread from the regional average score of 752. According to J.D. Power, BCAA also achieved the highest score in all five study factors in the Western region, which include: Interactions; Policy Offerings; Price; Billing and Payment; and Claims.
