BCE announces election of directors

MONTREAL, May 10, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - BCE Inc. (TSX, NYSE: BCE) today announced that all of the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 7, 2013 were elected as directors of BCE Inc. at the company's Annual and General Shareholder Meeting yesterday in Toronto.

Each of the directors was re-elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy. The results of the vote are detailed below.
