MONTREAL, Sept. 30, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - André Morrissette, chair of the board of directors at BCF, announced today that the law firm would not comment on information published in the media about a complaint against Marcel Aubut regarding remarks he allegedly made about a colleague at the Canadian Olympic Committee.
Mr. Morrissette specified that the firm has made this decision out of respect for the independent external process set up to investigate these allegations. Since they do not directly affect Mr. Aubut's professional activities at the firm, he will remain in his position.
