BCSC panel cease trades Lions Gate Entertainment shareholder rights plan
VANCOUVER, April 27 /CNW/ - A British Columbia Securities Commission panel today granted an application by the Icahn Group to cease trade the shareholder rights plan recently adopted by Lions Gate Entertainment to forestall a takeover bid by Icahn.
