BCSC panel issues variation order for Gallowai and Bul River mining
operations
VANCOUVER, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - A British Columbia Securities Commission panel has issued a variation order requiring Bul River Mineral and Gallowai Metal Mining corporations to prepare a technical report for the Gallowai Bul River property that is fully compliant with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
The order specifies that the technical report be prepared by Scott Wilson RPA Inc. and distributed to all existing and future shareholders in the property by July 15, 2011. The executors must also report to the Executive Director on the progress of the technical report by March 31, 2011.
Under the variation order, the executors of the estate of Ross Stanfield and the corporations have undertaken to refrain from selling any outstanding shares or issuing any new shares, in any jurisdiction, without first obtaining permission from the Commission.
