BDC continues to rank among Best Employers for New Canadians
MONTREAL, April 9 /CNW Telbec/ - The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as one of the Best Employers for New Canadians for 2010. This is the third consecutive year that BDC has received this distinction.
The award is presented by Canada's Best Employers for New Canadians, a nation-wide competition managed by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers in partnership with ALLIES, a joint initiative of the Maytree Foundation and the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation.

Now in its fourth year, the competition recognizes employers who offer leading programs to assist new Canadians in making the transition to a new workplace and a new life in Canada. BDC's human resource practices include recognizing foreign educational credentials, actively recruiting new Canadians and conducting internal diversity awareness activities.
BDC has also been selected as a one of Canada's Best Diversity Employer for 2010.
