The Bank has received numerous awards that demonstrate its commitment toward diversity, including Best Employer for Diversity, World Skills Employer Champion Award for Newcomer Integration and Parity Certification from Women in Governance.

The Diversity Award, organized by Mediacorp Canada, recognizes employers with exemplary diversity initiatives for women, members of visible minorities, people with disabilities, Indigenous people and LGBT people.
