With 20+ years in the human resources field, Simon brings experiences from her previous roles at AOL, Marriott, DIRECTV, and AT&T. She was most recently the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Walmart.

Simon holds a Ph.D., in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on leadership development and talent management from Kansas State University.
Simon's appointment officially starts September 5th; she will report directly to Founder & CEO, Gregg Renfrew and will serve on the company's executive team.
