Beautycounter Appoints Beauty Industry Veteran Gina Boswell To Board Of Directors
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 28, 2019 /CNW/ -- Counter Brands, LLC, parent company of Beautycounter, the leader in safer skin care and cleaner cosmetics, announced the appointment of Gina Boswell to its Board of Directors. Most recently, Ms. Boswell was the President, Customer Development, Unilever North America, and prior to that, CEO, Unilever UK & Ireland and EVP, Personal Care, North America.
Previously, Ms. Boswell was President, Global Brands, of Alberto-Culver and SVP & COO of Avon Products North America, after having held senior leadership positions with other global companies, including Ford Motor Company and Estée Lauder Companies. Ms. Boswell will bring to Beautycounter's Board a deep understanding of the global beauty industry, including strategy, business development, consumer insights, marketing, and general management across multiple channels.
