Everyday activities that employees historically complete in third-party tools such as Salesforce, SAP or Workday can now be completed faster via Beezy's central, user-friendly collaboration and communication hub.

Instead of having the user jumping from app to app to complete the steps of a process, the Beezy newsfeed now includes a clever way to expose business process information within the same user interface where people are already collaborating, sharing information and having conversations.
Intelligent Workflow™ features include:
- Action Cards™ - Triggered by a specific step in a workflow and delivered to the people involved in the process, these cards display relevant information coming from third-party tools and allow users to act on them, for example approving an expense report or authorizing a leave request.
- The Beezy Bot™ Preview - Imagine being able to fill a Leave Request by just chatting with the corporate Bot. The Bot will understand the process and the data points that are required to complete this request, he will use the ones that he already knows and ask employees only about the missing ones. Simply use voice or text on your mobile app, and the manager will immediately get it in their newsfeed.
