MONTRÉAL, Feb. 14, 2022 /CNW/ - Bell Canada (Bell) today announced it will redeem, on March 16, 2022, prior to maturity, all of its outstanding Cdn $1,000 million principal amount of 3.35% Debentures, Series M-26, due March 22, 2023 (the Series M-26 Debentures).
The Series M-26 Debentures will be redeemed at a price equal to $1,017.396 per $1,000 of principal amount of debentures plus $16.062 per $1,000 of principal amount for accrued and unpaid interest up to but excluding the date of redemption.
