MONTRÉAL, Jan. 21, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Bell Let's Talk Day is next Wednesday, January 27, and momentum is building fast thanks to the many Canadian organizations promoting the mental health conversation and the fight against the stigma around mental illness.
"A huge thank you to all the individuals and organizations joining the Bell Let's Talk team to help get everyone talking about mental health. What better way to fight the stigma than having Canada's finest brands actively promoting the cause?" said Clara Hughes, national spokesperson for Bell Let's Talk. "When you send your own messages on Bell Let's Talk Day, you not only let those who struggle know they have your support, you also drive Bell's funding of mental health programs all year round at no extra cost to you. Please join us on January 27 and let's keep moving Canada's mental health forward!"
Over the past 5 years of Bell Let's Talk, the list of organizations joining the mental health conversation has continued to grow, including leading Canadian media companies, government organizations of every kind, academic institutions, sports teams, business associations and Bell partners and competitors.
With such tremendous support, the Bell Let's Talk message is reaching more and more Canadians every year in every corner of the country, through TV, radio, newspaper, out-of-home, digital and cinema advertising, rink boards at major sports arenas, and a broad range of events and online efforts promoting mental health.
