BEST HEALTH CELEBRATES THE BEST OF CANADA'S BEAUTY, HEALTH, FOOD AND
LIFESTYLE BLOGS
MONTREAL, Dec. 9 /CNW/ - Is there a Canadian blog you love to read? Best Health invites Canadians to nominate their favourite blogs in one of four healthy-living categories based on the brand's four pillars: Look Great, Eat Well, Get Healthy and Embrace Life. Nominations for the 2011 Best Health Blog Awards will be accepted today (December 9) through to January 30, 2011 at besthealthmag.ca/blogawards. And for all those who nominate their favourite blog, each individual will also be entered for their chance to win one of 17 fabulous prizes!
"Best Health is all about taking a balanced approach to living better and feeling great," says Kat Tancock, Senior Web Editor. "We're excited to hear from our readers and learn more about the Canadian bloggers who inspire them, all while presenting their ideas in a fun and informative way."
Blogs can be nominated in one of four categories:
- Look Great: Beauty
- Eat Well: Cooking and healthy eating
- Get Healthy: Fitness
- Embrace Life: Personal growth, humour, crafting and charitable living
Best Health Blog Awards finalists will be announced on February 16, 2011, for Canadians to then vote for their favourites. The top bloggers will be announced on March 31, 2011. All finalists will receive a Best Health Blog Awards badge for their blog, recognition on besthealthmag.ca "and, of course, enduring fame and fortune!" —plus, the four top blogs will also be featured in the Summer 2011 issue of Best Health Magazine.
