MONTREAL, Nov. 28, 2017 /CNW/ - Manulife today announced the official opening of the new headquarters for its Quebec operations, Maison Manuvie, at 900 de Maisonneuve West in Montreal. The move to the new state-of-the-art building, announced in 2014, marks the beginning of a new period for Manulife in Quebec.

Manulife celebrated the opening of Maison Manuvie on November 27 in the company of esteemed guests and dignitaries including: Carlos Leitão, Minister of Finance of Quebec and Michael Sabia, President and CEO, Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec as well as Manulife executives including President and CEO Roy Gori.

Manulife entered into a co-venture agreement with Ivanhoe Cambridge to jointly develop Maison Manuvie. Manulife now occupies more than half of the office space in the 27-storey building. The AAA building is built to LEED CS Gold certification standards and is the first building in Quebec with a Wiredscore Platimum certification.
