BILD announces partnership with CAWIC
GREATER TORONTO, Sept. 28 /CNW/ - The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC).
The partnership will result in membership cross-promotion between the two associations, as well as a number of public relations initiatives to benefit the industry and its members.
"With so many women integrally involved in the construction industry, BILD was naturally inclined to partner with an association like CAWIC, particularly given their strong core values which include leadership, mentorship, membership and partnership," said BILD President and CEO Stephen Dupuis.
Tammy Evans, Director and head of PR & Marketing for CAWIC adds, "Our Board of Directors and membership are very excited about the partnership with BILD, which we are confident will strengthen and reinforce our efforts to support women across all facets of the Canadian construction industry, by uniting our voices, knowledge and resources through the passion of our members."
