Bill 109, An Act to amend the Taxation Act, 2007 to implement the Ontario
energy and property tax credit and to make consequential amendments

TORONTO, Oct. 21 /CNW/ -The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will meet to consider Bill 109, An Act to amend the Taxation Act, 2007 to implement the Ontario energy and property tax credit and to make consequential amendments.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Thursday, November 4, 2010.

All interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 109 should contact the Clerk of the Committee by 12:00 noon on Monday, November 1, 2010.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.
