Bill 186, Ontario Retirement Pension Plan Act (Strengthening Retirement Security for Ontarians), 2016

TORONTO, May 9, 2016 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on Social Policy will meet to consider Bill 186, An Act to establish the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, May 16, 2016 and Tuesday, May 17, 2016.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 186 should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2016. Witnesses will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
