Bill 28, All Families Are Equal Act (Parentage and Related Registrations Statute Law Amendment), 2016 Français
TORONTO, Oct. 6, 2016 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on Social Policy will meet to consider Bill 28, An Act to amend the Children's Law Reform Act, the Vital Statistics Act and various other Acts respecting parentage and related registrations.
The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, October 17 and Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 28 should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 13, 2016.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
