Bill 34, Children's Law Reform Amendment Act (Relationship with Grandparents), 2016

TORONTO, Nov. 25, 2016 The Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills will meet to consider Bill 34, An Act to amend the Children's Law Reform Act with respect to the relationship between a child and the child's grandparents.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 34 should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by noon on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
