TORONTO, Nov. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly will meet to consider Bill 49, An Act to amend the Employment Standards Act, 2000 with respect to tips and other gratuities.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, November 27, 2013.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 49 should contact the Clerk of the Committee.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send written submissions to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013.
