Porter and Air Canada Win Prestigious Skytrax Airline Awards

TORONTO, July 16, 2013 /CNW/ - The Toronto Port Authority (TPA) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA) congratulate Air Canada and Porter Airlines, two of the carriers that operate out of the BBTCA, on winning the prestigious 2014 Skytrax World Airline Awards. Porter Airlines was chosen as North America's Best Regional Airline, the first year this category was recognized by Skytrax. Air Canada was chosen Best Airline in North America, marking the fifth consecutive year that the airline has received this award.

The Skytrax World Airline Awards take place every year. Award winners are selected by a global survey completed by travellers from more than 160 countries around the world.
