OTTAWA, Oct. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - BioAlberta and BioTalent Canada announced today the creation of a new partnership providing access to valuable services for life sciences businesses throughout Alberta.
The new alliance allows BioAlberta members to access BioTalent Canada's many products and services, in particular, the country's only national, bilingual biotechnology job board, "The PetriDishTM."
"Growth, funding and capital all require strong human resources" explains Rob Henderson, President of BioTalent Canada. "Investors need to know a company has the talent to innovate and succeed. Small to medium sized enterprises, the backbone of Alberta's life sciences sector, need access to the appropriate talent," he continues. "Being able to connect employers with this talent ensures local industry, especially Alberta's vibrant bio-energy sector, continues to thrive."
BioAlberta is pleased with the advantages the partnership will bring to their members.
