TORONTO, April 2, 2013 /CNW/ - BIOX Corporation (BIOX) (TSX: BX), a renewable energy company that owns and operates Canada's largest biodiesel production facility, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2013. All of the nominees proposed as directors in the Company's Management Information Circular, dated February 25, 2013, were elected. In total, 13,967,965 shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
T. Robert Beamish was elected to the Board of Directors with 13,967,965 votes; David Colcleugh received 13,967,965 votes; William Lambert received 13,967,965 votes; Michael J. Salamon received 13,455,872 votes; and W. James Whitaker received 13,965,965 votes.
