Bitumen Capital Re-Appoints Directors to the Board of Directors at the 2013 AGM

MONTREAL, Sept. 27, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Bitumen Capital Inc. (TSXV: BTM.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of its 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Shareholders unanimously re-appointed Messrs. Nikolas Perrault, David A. Johnson, Richard T. Groome, and Michael Pesner to the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Groome was re-appointed as Chairman of the Board. At the AGM, there were 56% of the voting shares outstanding participating in person or by proxy in which 99% voted in favour of the Board of Directors at the meeting.
