VANCOUVER, May 31, 2018 /CNW/ - Blockchain Foundry Inc. ("BCF") (CSE:BCFN) is pleased to announce that in connection with its previously announced reverse takeover, BDO Canada LLP was appointed as the auditor of BCF. There has been no reportable event (as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) with the Company's former auditor, Jackson & Company Chartered Professional Accountants.
In addition, the board of directors of BCF has received and accepted the resignation of Mark Schnarr as a member of the board and wish him well in his future endeavours.
