TORONTO, Aug. 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Blue Ant Media Inc. With the existing GlassBOX Television properties Bite, AUX and Travel+Escape the addition of the High Fidelity HDTV channels further strengthens the Company as an up and coming independent media company in Canada.

"We look forward to fostering and growing these brands."
CIBC World Markets Inc. and GMP Securities L.P. acted as financial advisors to Blue Ant Media.
