BMW Group to Install CD-adapco Software for Engine Development
BMW Group in Munich has decided to install CD-adapco's STAR-CD/es-ice in-cylinder analysis software for use in its Engine Development Department.
NEW YORK and LONDON, Feb. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - After a wide-ranging and detailed benchmarking study over an 18 month period and against a number of competing software products, we are pleased to announce that BMW Group in Munich has decided to install CD-adapco's STAR-CD/es-ice in-cylinder analysis software for use in its Engine Development Department. The benchmark included assessment of accuracy, compared to experimental data, depth of modeling, pre/post-processing environments and efficiency.
