Board Announcement: Allnorth Appoints Two New Board Members
VANCOUVER, Feb. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Allnorth - a growing multidisciplinary engineering and technical services company with 16 offices and 528 staff across Canada and the United States - is pleased to announce the appointment of two members to the Board of Directors effective January 24, 2013.

Robert (Bob) Brian Wallis, B.Comm.
Bob Wallis is currently Senior Vice President of the Mining Tire Group at Kal Tire, which operates across Canada and Internationally. In addition to Kal Tire, Bob's worked in operations and finance at several organizations. His experience in consulting engineering, and more recently in the global mining industry, will be valuable in providing oversight and guidance to Allnorth, as we grow throughout Canada and Internationally.

Recently retired as Chief Financial Officer of Cameco, and currently a director on several boards, Kim Goheen has more than 30 years of experience in the natural resources sector, and in-depth knowledge of financial markets. His experience will assist Allnorth to ensure financial strength as we execute our strategy, into the future.
Kim Goheen and Bob Wallis join the Allnorth board, which includes: Jack Carthy, retired senior executive of Finning; Mark Dance, retired COO of Creo; John Murray and Craig Smith, both senior leaders at Allnorth, as well as Chairman and CEO Darby Kreitz.
