Boardwalk Rental Communities hosts Camp Easter Seals Drop Zone in Saskatoon
CALGARY, Aug. 29, 2013 /CNW/ - Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust ("BEI.UN" - TSX)
On Tuesday, August 27, 2013, Boardwalk Rental Communities ("Boardwalk", "The Trust") hosted the Easter Seals Drop Zone in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is the seventh consecutive year that Boardwalk has hosted this event which raises money to send children with disabilities to Camp Easter Seal, Summer Fun Program, and Adaptive Technology.
Over 70 participants repelled down Boardwalk's Carlton Towers, a 22-story high-rise building located in the heart of Saskatoon. This year's event raised $171,000, which will be used to send 114 children to Camp Easter Seal.
