Boise Inc. Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of 17 Million Shares of
Common Stock

(NYSE: BZ) today announced that the previously announced secondary offering of 17 million shares of its common stock has been priced at <money>$4.85</money> per share. Pursuant to the offering, all of the shares will be sold by the selling stockholders, <location>Boise</location> Cascade Holdings, L.L.C. and trusts affiliated with <person>Jason Weiss</person>, one of <location>Boise</location> Inc.'s directors. All proceeds of the offering will go to the selling stockholders.</p> <p/> <p><location>Boise</location> Cascade Holdings, L.L.C. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.55 million additional shares.
